River Bell Farm 

A beautifully landscaped 9 acre farm, ready to  host your next celebration! 

Our historical home and farm was established in 1875 by the Weddle family. River Bell Farm has a territorial view of neighboring  farmland and the Cascade Foothills, with the tip of Mount Jefferson and Mount Hood peeking out over the foothills.

When you choose River Bell Farm Event Venue it includes use of:

    • 4 beautiful outdoor ceremony/reception sites to choose from, plus the upper and lower level of the barn for indoor events – this makes a great rain plan option….it is Oregon!
    • Flushing Portable toilets
    • Catering prep kitchen (refrigerator, sink, counter) with Air Conditioning!!
    • Ample parking
    • 40 wood farm tables (measuring 7.5′) 
    • 275 white wood folding chairs
    • Groom’s room in the barn
    • Bride’s room in the 1875 house

Parking

River Bell Farm parking attendant to help your guests get started with parking for ease of flow. Please let us know in advance if guests are bringing any oversized vehicles.

Capacity

River Bell Farm can accommodate up to 300 people for outdoor events and up to 275 people for indoor events.

Hours

On the day prior to your event; you are welcome to load in your items and decorate from 12 pm – 6 pm and also have your rehearsal!

On event day; a 12 hour time frame in which to get ready, get married and enjoy your reception!

For clean up day (day after the event);  we will decide together on the time block for clean up.

Conclusion of Event:

May – August   11:00 pm with music ending at 10:00 pm

September – October   9:00 pm with music ending at 8:30 pm.

November – April    7:00 pm with music ending at 6:00 pm

Booking Policy

A $1000.00 non-refundable down payment books your date. The remaining  rental fee, certificate of insurance, and $500 security deposit are due 60 days prior to your event.

Event prices range from $3600.00 – $5000.00 depending on rental event and time of year.

Smaller events such as wedding and baby showers , bridesmaids parties and birthdays are availabe on a limited basis.   We love all parties, large and small!

A decorating package is available if desired. This is a separate service and options can be discussed with Shirleen.
